1 business day dispatch* implies to Sturdy Sports working days. We are closed on Tuesday & Wednesday from March-July and do not dispatch on these days and the postal service is not operational on weekends and public holidays.

Dispatch is under our control whereas the delivery time frame entirely depends on the respective postal service. Shipping cost won't be refunded in any circumstances.

NOTE - For an order, if we are out of stock for an item, we will refund the amount for that item and dispatch the rest of the order available.

If one or more services (example but not limited to Match Ready, Engraving, etc) are chosen but they have not been paid at the time of purchase, then we will dispatch the order without performing the unpaid service.

Click & Collect

If you have selected Click and Collect from store option, you will receive a separate notification when your Order is Ready to collect from store

For Orders selected as Click and Collect, MUST be picked up within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, there is no guarantee for the order fulfilment and no refunds or store credit will be provided. Change of Mind will not be applicable in such cases.
Please check our trading hours on Google before you come for Picking the order from store. The trading hours vary in Summer and Winter.

Shipping Cost at Sturdy Sports depends on the kind of postage selected, order value, weight and dimensions of the item and the area of delivery. Majority of the time Sturdy Sports use Australia Post & Sendle for postage. Domestic Postage

Sturdy Sports has tried to make the domestic postage costs very simple and easy to understand to make your shopping experience comfortable and cost effective. The standard postage cost simply depends on Order Value for Domestic orders according to the table below:

We charge Flat $40* for Express Domestic Postage to major cities all across Australia.

In this case, once you have placed the order, we will contact you for any additional cost for the kind of postage you have selected. You may also contact us before placing an order if you have any queries regarding postage.

Delivery Time Frame^#

Delivery time frame begins from time of dispatch and not from time of purchase.

We usually dispatch the item within 1 - 3 business days and our average dispatch time is 1 business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for dispatch of English Willow Bats when you choose Match Ready Service at the time of purchase as Oiling Process is a time consuming process.

Standard Delivery time may vary between 1 – 10 business days and Express postage delivery time can vary from next business day delivery to delivery within 3 days. Please note, regional suburbs may take a little longer than the metro areas. We also request you that sometimes postal delays & delivery errors can occur and are beyond our control as a third party is being used so we request you to be patient. If you are in URGENT need of the gears, we advise you to pay for Express Postage which is subject to the availability in your area.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

We offer EXPRESS postage service for a cost effective international postage based on total weight of order.

^†International deliveries may be subject to additional charges like custom charges, import charges, any local taxes, etc. Sturdy Sports will not be responsible for any such charges and customer will have to pay for any additional charges. Please check with your local courier company for any details on import.

Delivery time frame:

Delivery time frame begins from time of dispatch and not from time of purchase.

International Deliveries take 3-6 business days via Australia post and delivery time can depend on delivery Zone. These are estimated time only and in some instances custom clearance etc. can take longer. Delivery time starts from the day item is shipped and not from the time your order is placed.

Stock unavailability – We will contact you in this case
Store Closure – We will dispatch the item when we open next business day subject to the courier service availability.
Incomplete/ Incorrect address – We will contact you to confirm your address and will wait for your confirmation before dispatch. Our postal service do not deliver at PO Box or Parcel Locker Number. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Delays by Postal Service – This can happen because of any reason and we do not have any control on how they operate. However, we will help you to get the order delivered to you
Order is not paid - (Check for confirmation email)
System generated High Risk Orders – In such case, we will request your Personal details that may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention before we dispatch the order
We hold stock in our multiple warehouses all across the world and the dispatch can occur from any of the warehouse depending on stock availability. If the item is dispatched from country other than Australia, then it can take a little longer than Australian delivery time frames.

If the combined weight for your order exceeds the eligible actual weight or volumetric weight for shipping, you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff from dispatch team.
For the postage of bulk orders, bulky items like Oversize Kit bags, Cricket Nets, Stumps, ground equipment, etc. you will be contacted by one of our friendly staff from dispatch team for any additional postage cost incurred.
All transactions on Sturdy Sports website are carried out in Australian dollars and your final bill is determined by the exchange rate used by PayPal, your bank, or Credit Card provider. Contact us for any additional queries regarding payment.
